The young man that helped us was amazing. He had to ride his bike to get there to help us, when there he was more helpful than we could out into words. I have never towed a trailer, he hooked it up and explained everything to us. We can't thank him enough for helping us in our way for a 10 hour drive.

Trailer was fine BUT did NOT get the appliance dolly. Woman did NOT speak English and was going to refund the $$$ for the dolly. Terrible experience...Will think twice before using Uhaul again
Jim SThis vendor, A to Z Auto Sales, charged me $54 dollars additional for gas, I went 20 miles and had 7/8 of a tank left and I started with 7/8 of a tank. I called them directly and they said I have to call U Haul, they will not talk with me. Now I am on with UHaul Customer Service. Now the area manager will be contacting me directly for resolution. I hope this get resolved. It's sad when a vendor takes advantage of its Customers like this. The pick up went well, the lady was courteous and helped me out. But today, the vendor, A to Z Auto Sales basically gave me the middle finger when I tried talking to them.
Douglas PI guess I wasn’t too happy that I was charged a $10 gas charge since I put $5 in the tank to bring the level back to where it was . A little under the 3/4 mark where it was when I started out the day.
William RWorker was late when we picked it up. Very unorganized. Didn’t have keys ready for us.
