The key was in the wrong box so we had a little issue checking in but got it figured out
Michaela SI had an “employee” exit the shop and request that I directly hand her the keys instead of using the drop box. I refused and dropped the keys in the box. I then get the receipt and see that I was charged $67 for a fuel service fee and for fuel, due to the tank being “too low” which is not accurate. At this time I am still waiting for a call from corporate on a charge dispute. I would not trust this location whatsoever.
Tyler MThe location is fine and the lady was nice and helpful. However, the steps it takes to actually rent the vehicle (via the app) is ridiculous. Every time you leave the app it signs you out. once you’re ready for the rental, it makes you sign in again then you have to take pictures of absolutely everything when you pick up and and drop off. I will talk to a person next time and not use the app again.
Nevada WTruck leaked oil all over my driveway. I'm fairly certain no one from UHaul is going to show up to clean it up. Front seats of these trucks are soooo uncomfortable.
