How U-Haul Reviews WorkI made the reservation on the website to drop the truck off at a close by location but once we went through with the appointment it sent us to another location a full half an hour away! Even though there were several places closer by! Plus, there was no notice or email of the change. I was lucky to think of double checking or I would have returned it to the wrong place! Horrible system!

LEANDRO Bi spent 3 hours back and fourth on customer service. it was a horrible experience and i will not be using uhaul again. it was an absolute nightmare of a night to pick up a single item . was supposed to take only an hour and i was out for 4. 0/10 bro shit sucked
