The most unfriendly staff I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They refused to allow the mobile check in even after it was complete. Made me stan inside their nasty store over 30 minutes while they talked down to me and printed useless paperwork. My pickup was 8am and it was close to 845 before I left with the truck
