This business is run by experienced gentlemen who are extremely knowledgeable and polite, and the atmosphere was calm even on a day when U-Haul's system was sluggish--I came in for an in-town truck rental with no prior reservation, with two customers already being seen, and was nevertheless out the door within ten minutes. The entire experience was very positive and I will certainly be returning to this specific location the next time I need a rental. Their 5-star rating is well earned!
