Inform them of lights and check straps for tie down and actually tell the customer the exact amount not low ball it and then it be more. Have hitch pins and receivers on hand for customers. They guy let me drive away with it hooked up to 1/7/8 ball when I clearly asked if it takes a 2/15/16 he said 2. Didn't even check

KRISTIN JThe ramp was full of dog food... had to sweep it off before use. Suggestion put a longer ramp on that truck... the incline was hard to navigate too steep.
