The U-Haul dispatcher gave him the wrong time so it was not ready when I arrived

Wade KI didn’t appreciate having to drive 2 hours round trip to pick up the truck and then to be told I’m just out the gas money for the person who had to drive me all the way there and for the truck that was supposed to be in the town where I live. It’s not right that I have to pay for gas to drive an hour to the town it was supposed to already be at. Very frustrating
Angela WMy rental was a day after the blizzard and I had to clean the snow off the truck myself. That's not what I expected but I had to get on the road so I cleaned off the snow from the windows for safety reasons.
