Scott in Management was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to speak to and work with. I paid for an additional week due to an unforseen emergency and the manager telling me that I can't drop the truck off after hours. During an incredibly hard times in our lives, this man made an extremely difficult situation into a monetary gain for his business. Why couldn't he be compassionate and understand the truck was needed longer originally, we spoke to Management in Van Ness area and they said we could keep it as long as we need it and communicate. Then we we need to return due to a death in the family, he told me I had to bring him the key. We kept in communication but didn't receive but one call from Scott asking us how it was going. Corporate stated that individuals in the store weren't making notes, I feel this was malicious. I really hope Scott understands what this experience has felt like and I truly hope he treats people with compassion and understanding moving forward. Do better!
