The drop off location and staff were much more in line with my expectations of U-Haul Service, by the way. The Team was pleasant, efficient and organized and the location was clean and easy to access (unlike the Parkway Auto Body location).

HARRY BThe trailer I reserved at U-Haul.com was not available and the location said they never carry them. It was a U-Haul caused problem. Location was very helpful and called dispatch and found one 30 miles away that I had to race to before closing. Lesson: if you reserve online, always call the location to reconfirm.
ERIK WDrop off location was closed on Sundays. This was the location given to me by U-Haul staff. I had to call 2 different numbers before being told I had to drive to another location. Completely unorganized and shoddy service/equipment.
