this year 2026 was great, last year 2025, I was sent 30 miles away to Santa Maria to a boot barn outlet on a sunday and the worker there had no idea what to do, I wasted 3 hours there before I got back to my family, between the worker and being on hold on uhaul customer service for 45 minutes each time I called, I had to call back 3 times, finally got the app to work then the app said I had to pay after I paid the worker already, when I got home I had to cancel the boot barn payment. 2026 was good all the way thru the process!

John RThe staff person at the hardware store was very grumpy and seemed put out to help. Overall it was ok, but hard to leave a great review. The U-haul equipment was in good shape and everything was working as it should, no complaints there.
brent fDropping the vehicle off wasn't that clear. I had a large truck and not really anywhere to park and the business was already closed. Clearer signage would be helpful. There wasn't anyone to interact with.
