Amanda DThe representative was helpful and professional but he was part of another company, a garden store, so he was not responsible for maintaining the trucks and trailers. The U-Haul company maintainance crew needs to make sure the rental box trailer, as well as any rental trucks, is checked before being rented out. We had a leak in the left back tire and it had to be given air twice while we stopped to refuel our truck. With long distance driving, and going in more desolate areas, having tire leaks is unsafe.
