The Uhaul system screwed me over on my original reservation at another location. My reservation was somehow overwritten or completely ignored and the equipment that said it was guaranteed reserved was not there. The only reason I went to that other location was because of the specific equipment that was presented as available...repeatedly. Long story short, The Arroyo Grande Home & Garden rescued me when no other location close by had suitable equipment and allowed me to rent a truck that got turned in early, for just the period of time I needed it. In the end it worked out, but not because of Uhaul.
