The location was awesome. Ok, the bot that will deal with this. I was charged for 2 days. I used it for less than 24 hours. I had to take time out of my day to deal within this The equipment was fine. Not yes or no. So your bot questions are not useful for customer response

charles vI wish I hadn't bothered with the app. It's annoying and feels like it requires pointless extra effort if I still have to go inside to the counter. Service at the location is very good and I'd rather just deal with a human.
DAVID MTrailer axles were vibrating so bad I couldn't drive more than 40 miles an hour. Rental place was excellent, equipment needs better maintenance
