The staff person at the hardware store was very grumpy and seemed put out to help. Overall it was ok, but hard to leave a great review. The U-haul equipment was in good shape and everything was working as it should, no complaints there.
brent fDropping the vehicle off wasn't that clear. I had a large truck and not really anywhere to park and the business was already closed. Clearer signage would be helpful. There wasn't anyone to interact with.
Joel FI had to unhook and store the trailer myself.
Klaus MThe guy we dropped it off to was short and condescending. He said drop the key and he’ll email an invoice. There were no other customers. We took the truck back with the same amount of gas but he charged us for 4 gallons.
