he was helpful. there was struggle with the drop off, related to the pick up struggle. overall helpful but at this point i had driven over 1000 miles and moved someone else, i just wanted some nachos.

Provide the equipment and location we initially reserved six months in advance. Our original reservation, made in December 2025, was to pick up a 15’ truck in San Luis Obispo. Three days before our pick up date we were informed via text that the pick up location was changed to Arroyo Grande, 20 minutes away. An hour before our pick up time, another text informed us we would be receiving a 20ft truck instead of the 15 ft we reserved. We had no choice in either matter and this was frustrating given our reservation date.
