My movers didn't show up. I was able to cancel the move, but am out the cost of the truck for an extra day now that I had to reschedule. Would be great to offer some sort of compensation for that. I was also unable to find anywhere to rate/provide feedback to warn people they didn't show up.
ZACHARY BThis location was amazing. Gave me better and more accurate info than the U-Haul 800 number. Gentleman was so helpful and kept reassuring me everything was fine and he could make sure we secure the vehicle without issue (business ordering for a driver) and he was just super helpful. Process was easy!! Vehicle was clean and well maintained. Excellent service. Will use again!!
MICHAEL MDrugs were found in the uhauL after the first drive. Worker admitted to knowing about possibility of drugs because of the smell but still choose to let someone drive the truck.
