I had ordered moving blankets but when I picked up the van none were available.
TODD SIt was clean. It was out of windshield wiper fluid, so I did add that because of the snow and grime on the roads. The tire sensor was on, but given the cold weather, that's natural for tires to lose a little pressure. I visually checked the tires and they were inflated well enough for travel. I did notify the front desk personnel that the sensor was on.
JOHN ATruck seems dated but got my moving done without any issues. Efficient check in and check out process.
