The truck needed an oil change and the Oil Life 0% alert came on before I was at the halfway point in my trip. Roadside Assistance had to be sent to check it, then reset it so I could continue with my move. I ordered a dolly when I placed the order, but decided that I did not need it when I picked up the truck. I took it to the office and the man told me that he would remove it from the order. When I returned the truck, I discovered that the dolly had not been removed. The drop off location had to remove it. The remote pick up process using the U-Haul app did not work for me at all, requiring four calls and six people before I decided to wait for the office to open at the pick up location. Then, the man working in the office was late. I had an appointment to pick up some items that I almost missed because the pick up process took over an hour.
