The truck’s A/C did not work. Driving from Virginia to Florida in the middle of the summer with no A/C was not pleasant.

Rebecca CI received a call the day before my scheduled moving day informing me that the 20-foot truck I had reserved a week in advance was not available at the location. As a result, I had to drive an additional 40 minutes to pick up a truck from a different location, which meant using more gas and added stress. This experience was definitely disappointing.
