The lock on the lockbox for the keys was difficult to open because the combination wheels were not clearly legible and they didn’t move freely.

I cannot rate this facility or the personnel there. It was closed at the time we were scheduled to drop off. We had to get help from the main office number, and never met anyone here. I have no information from them at all.
