Only picked up from this location because U-Haul made multiple errors and messed up my reservation causing all sorts of issues as I was trying to move out. Messaged support to get the email to send to (care@uhaul) , Sent an email to U-Haul about the issues but have received 0 responses. I’ll be sure to use Penske or any other company after Uhauls mess up and failure to even respond to my email about the issues they caused. None of this is this locations fault and would not recommend using U-Haul if you want any sort of reliability or customer support

You did not make it clear that there would be a double charge for returning it after I thought I would be done with it when it was after hours regardless. I had a rough estimation when I would return it (after they closed) but it ended up being a little later and I got charged for two days despite having it well under 24 hours. I will likely not use Uhaul again, this was very disappointing.

Carmen RThe cargo area of the van should be swept out or cleaned using compressed air (blown out). There was debris stuck to the slip resistant mat in the cargo area.
STEVEN STruck drove horribly. Smelled of cigarettes and was filthy.
