This location was amazing. Gave me better and more accurate info than the U-Haul 800 number. Gentleman was so helpful and kept reassuring me everything was fine and he could make sure we secure the vehicle without issue (business ordering for a driver) and he was just super helpful. Process was easy!! Vehicle was clean and well maintained. Excellent service. Will use again!!

Drugs were found in the uhauL after the first drive. Worker admitted to knowing about possibility of drugs because of the smell but still choose to let someone drive the truck.

Muhammad WI had ordered moving blankets but when I picked up the van none were available.
TODD SIt was clean. It was out of windshield wiper fluid, so I did add that because of the snow and grime on the roads. The tire sensor was on, but given the cold weather, that's natural for tires to lose a little pressure. I visually checked the tires and they were inflated well enough for travel. I did notify the front desk personnel that the sensor was on.
