The manager of this property is very rude. We came to get the truck 5 min before the closing time and he started yelling at us saying "Do you think this is the only business I run. I have to take care of my other businesses as well." The front desk clerk was ok. Also we reserved a dolly 3 days before and they conveniently mentioned they dont have it. This is a major upset for our plans. This is the exact opposite of my usual experience in the Sterling VA location. I will never visit this location again.

3 things: 1. The van I rented had a low tire pressure alert active from the beginning of the rental. 2. I had specifically chosen to rent a dolly and furniture pads. I wasn't told until I arrived to pick up the van that they weren't available at that location. I needed those things and would have made other plans if I'd known. Surely this is known at the time of the reservation. 3. Despite advertising hours of business that went until 4pm and the person at the desk confirming those hours, the place was closed upon return at around 3:30. There weren't clear instructions on what to do at the return. I figured it out.

Gabrielle COnly picked up from this location because U-Haul made multiple errors and messed up my reservation causing all sorts of issues as I was trying to move out. Messaged support to get the email to send to (care@uhaul) , Sent an email to U-Haul about the issues but have received 0 responses. I’ll be sure to use Penske or any other company after Uhauls mess up and failure to even respond to my email about the issues they caused. None of this is this locations fault and would not recommend using U-Haul if you want any sort of reliability or customer support
Riley SYou did not make it clear that there would be a double charge for returning it after I thought I would be done with it when it was after hours regardless. I had a rough estimation when I would return it (after they closed) but it ended up being a little later and I got charged for two days despite having it well under 24 hours. I will likely not use Uhaul again, this was very disappointing.
