There were a lot of trucks that had been recently returned and key drop box was not easy to find, but employees were very helpful. I was charged $15 by Uhaul for gas when I returned the truck with the same amount of gas that I had picked it up with - NOT happy about that.

Trailer and Towing Supplies
It was, clean and organized. The staff was polite and professional despite being extremely busy.
I had a good experience!
I was especially pleased that U-Haul seems to be the only company in the region with cargo vans available. Additionally, I enjoyed being able to check the vehicle back in using their online system. If you follow the directions and go through it carefully, you'll even save some money!
Get rid of your current staff. The truck was great. The guy who rented it to me was a complete jerk, even walked away as I asked a question. To make things worse, when I returned it, the woman in charge was so rude when I asked where to return the keys. Never going to this Uhaul again
All of the staff were amazing and went out of their way to make sure I was happy . I think it's great the whole family works there it made it easier when I needed help.
Traci was extremely helpful with all my transactions, but I'm a little frustrated that when I dropped off the truck that I wasn't given a receipt nor well informed on where I would find the receipt. In fact I still haven't been able to find one.
DID NOT HAVE A RAMP TO MOVE THINGS! I had to return truck and did not get a ramp and charged the full amount of the rental for 1 hour of time and driving 20 miles. Very mean lady who ran the place
The ladies at the counter were courteous and knowledgeable.
Drop off was just fine. Attendant here refunded me for the moving pads (which were not loaded in the truck), so overall drop off location was fine. Pickup location(s) were terrible.
Thank you for your help in securing the cargo van as requested/needed.
Improve the wi-fi signal. The computer was very slow.
The staff was very helpful and efficient.
Attendant there told me process to take on the app & she was wearing a mask!
I dropped off the trailer around 11:00 PM on 11/4/20 so rating the personnel is N/A.
I really like this UHaul place. Good people, hard working, and helpful.
We have rented from uhaul twice in the last six months from two different locations in Asheville , the first was a total unprofessional nightmare , the second was not as bad for us personally but I did whiteness one of the staff being rude to another customer . It just seems that in the past year or more uhaul has just gone downhill . I will use a different company next time .
Awesome staff. Quick & easy process.
Noted te deficiencies and noted what would be fixed before going out again. Took the extra steps to identify issues. Will do business there again.
There isn't enough people working at this location.
Have more workers available. Let the person who is in the office be able to contact roadside service for the customer. It was a 6 hour trip that should have been 2 hours. The truck was not properly maintained for the whole battery to need replacing. I won't rent from you again!
Very dissatisfied with uhaul pricing models. Everything seems to sneak in an extra charge...very obnoxious that if a rental is set up as 4 hrs, you don't get the full 24 (same price)...awful that extensions cost more than regular rentals...and now I've been over-charged for my rental, complained twice, and never been contacted to correct it. Terrible.
Employees and customers not wearing masks.
Very nice staff
When I returned the truck, the return lanes were full and I could barely get onto the lot. Then someone moved a truck forward and said I could pull in behind it and she would be right back to check me out. 45 minutes later, I was still waiting. I had somewhere to be and I was already going to be late - so I put a note in the truck and left. Very obvious that there was insufficient help that day.
