Hire more help for this location.Have rented from this location several times and it is always under staffed! The people there are doing all they can,just not able to handle the amount of customers all at once.

Everyone is very helpful and kind and courteous with the exception of one older lady who is not helpful or kind and has even walked away to talk to other employees about what seems to be less important things instead of addressing waiting customers. I’ve experienced this a couple times from the same person. Overall though, every other employee makes up for her lack of concern or focus on customers.

They are very friendly but need more employees. They are so busy that they don’t have time to do things in a timely fashion. It isn’t their fault there may only be 3 people working and 8 customers waiting

Requiring a local contact is ridiculous and should have been explained when making reservation. Wait time too long.

Process is very slow needs to utilize technology better. I used truck 2 hours and it took over an hour to check it back in. I suggest expediated check in rather than make those returning trucks wait in line with those checking trucks out for a start.

Equipment- I would recommend having the equipment in the location my email confirmed it would be at. I lost 2 hours on a critical move day, trying to locate the trailer. Employees- I would recommend basic grooming, I know this sounds harsh but they are the face of your company. They are the ones representing the CEO and the U-Haul brand. That day I visited 2 locations only to feel uncomfortable by their grooming.

Customer service was terrible along with the wait. The women with “manager” on her shirt never helped me when checking out or returning a vehicle. While age was doing nothing she instructed me I had to check out in my phone. I’ll never be back.

The associate at the front was very rude and not helpful at all. She acted like helping us and answering our questions was a huge inconvenience to her. She rushed us through the process and it seemed like she could not wait to get us out the door. The Uhaul smelled like cigarettes.

Customer service was poor. Don’t have me go through the entire online express check in, only to have me wait 45 min in line to pick up a trailer and to fill out the same paperwork again. One person working the desk, 4-5 other U-Haul employees walking around. Return took another 30 minutes. I spent more time waiting at U-Haul for pickup and drop off than I did actually moving furniture.

The folks there are stressed out. It’s a super busy location with a small staff. They do their best but because of stress of being busy on a skeleton crew they can sometimes seem grumpy. I don’t blame them. This place would be great with just one more person to run interference. Iv used this place over the past 8 years. Their great but always overwhelmed. Super busy spot. Would recommend if you have no patience to look elsewhere.
