Uhaul Held a deposit on my card , I returned the truck and my coworker paid for it in full on her card. My deposit was not returned , but held for 3 days now , still waiting . Then charge me for cleaning fee . How about returning my funds. The manager did not handle this correctly and should have removed the hold on my card when I returned the truck and s different card was used to pay for the rental. Bad business.

The lock box was not in good vision. I spent over 15 minutes looking for it, in the dark, by myself. Had to call customer service for them to tell me to put the key in the sun visor. Not a good experience.

Two people, genuinely sincere, but there were 3 people ahead of me and it took more than 30 minutes to get out. It puts too much stress on your employees and customers that are already dealing with stressful and costly situations. I spent twenty minutes trying to not have a panic attack but the two people on staff were consistently kind and attentive to all. You have great and well trained staff, just need more to handle the volume, at least on weekends. Appreciate your services, regardless. I’m grateful this day is behind me.

Their was not enough staff on site to manage the amount customers in a timely manner even when I checked in and out online. Also, the packing blankets I rented were soiled with dirt and leaves. The trailer was in good shape and drove well.

I will say this, it is certainly getting harder and harder this day and time to find good competent customer service it seems. It almost seems as if I expect no better than mediocre service and that way disappointment can be kept at bay From the first phone call this past Sunday to the return of the vehicle today, the experience was pleasurable, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and it just seemed like HP individual I engaged with simply gave a damn. I would say that approximately 75% of my encounters doing business that I feel as if I am a burden and a bother And I knew that people are stressed out and have lots on their minds and I very often misread situations. Often times I correctly perceive the situation. I could have used more help with some of the tow equipment. Additionally, the staff did not tell me that i qualified for a free month's storage at my drop off location. Some of the staff were helpful, others seemed a little less interested.

Everyone I worked with from pick up to drop off was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The staff went out of their way to help me determine my best options for my rental. There was a minimum wait time and my rental was processed quickly. I would highly recommend this location.

I called in advance to reserve a spot for storage and was quoted a price for the unit, I asked the rep on the phone a few times if she was reserving my storage at the swananoa location to which she replied yes on each of my inquries, I also had to change my destination from Hendersonville ( a town 25 miles away from my destination) back to an Asheville location. Once I arrived at the location I was informed that the rep had reserved my storage at the sweeten creak location, a good 10-15 miles from where I thought I was supposed to be. This has made me feel like you guys only cared about getting my money, to hell with me and my plans , this has made me want to no longer ever do business with uhaul again ever!!!! I have made state to state moving plans with uhaul on a few different occasions but this time caused you guys to lose my business forever
