Equipment was not at location reserved. Waited 2 hours at next location for an agent to show up. Promised discounts to cover troubles and $200 paid to reserved movers and got none of it.
CHAD CIt would be better to find my drop off location at the time of pick up. I had to try 3 different uhaul places to find one that would take a trailer.
JOHN BThe woman working there was helpful and efficient. Check-in was easy and fast. Location was easy to find even though it's basically a garden shed next to a strip center.
CATHLEEN KNobody was at the location.and I had to drop the keys into a box. I was not sure about leaving the truck with trailer without an inspection and in a location where I was unsure about blocking access to the dumpster as there was little room to park both truck and trailer.
