There was no one present. They pulled up in a vehicle after I called the 800 number. There was no one there at the return, either. Plus, they REALLY tried pushing the insurance option. I had to say NO four times.

CINDY SMake sure trucks are in working order to be able to drive, missed whole evening of packing my truck due to tail light and license plate light being out! Took a long time to get it fixed, he was done by 9pm. I planned on loading that day but couldn't. So I couldn't move all my stuff ran out of time
