The van was located over a mile from the store where I got the key. I had to get a ride to the location later and by the time I got to the van, the link did not work. I called customer service and had to wait on hold a long time and then the first call disconnected. I called back and they were unable to resend the link. The pickup store was closed by then so I couldn’t contact them either. I had to pick up the van without verification of mileage or condition of van. The van had broken glass in the bed I had to sweep out. The blankets I paid for were also missing. I think they were placed in the wrong vehicle. I took the blankets from the van next to it, but there were only 10, not 12 as I had rented. The van was great except for the glass in the bed. When returning the van I had difficulty with the app. The photos were not loading properly. Overall I really liked the van, but the experience with the app, glass in the van, and missing rented blankets was a huge hassle.

Off site storage of the Uhaul was interesting but wasn't far and was easy to find
STEPHANIE ATo collect the van you have to go to an off site location to collect it and then drop it off at the same off site location which i found inconvenient.

CABELL DThis franchise location should be banned. The actual pickup spot is 1.5 miles from where it is reported in the U-Haul app. I was GPS locked from triggering the return and had to go back and forth from a different lot at 10105 Whitesel Rd, Ashland, VA. It is dangerous, absurd, and anyone dropped off would be stranded since the actual truck is over a 5 minute drive away from where the franchise originally claims the truck will be. I went back and forth between the two sites multiple times, costing me money in mileage, and time that I expect to be compensated for.
