Setting up of the truck was easy but when went to pick up, the place wasn’t even open wouldn’t do to be open. It was a mistake on your 800 number people sent me to another place that they had no keys for their trucks then I had to go back, took over an hour and a half to pick up the truck tried to check in online, but it would not give me a code to get a key. It was just very aggravating truck was good. The person that at the store was good but the 800 was no help. Ran me all over town to get instead of just saying that I needed to wait another hour to pick up a truck that had to run me across town then back thank you.
