MARILYN BThe Athens location was helpful and ultimately got me a trailer. However, one of the tires was flat. I noticed it as I pulled through a fuel station right after leaving the U-Haul location. I had to get it repaired since I had no time to search out another trailer. That would be my only complaint for the Athens location. The real complaint for U-Haul would be the fact that I reserved a trailer at one of the only locations that showed to have one which was Decatur. I reserved it 6 days in advance. When I arrived, there was no trailer. I was sent to Athens. Once I arrived, initially I was told that no trailer was available. The owner worked with a rep and found some system error. After about 15 min I was able to get a trailer.
