I can’t say the personnel were helpful because we didn’t speak to anyone at this location. We just put the keys in the drop box so it was easy enough.
Brianna SI scheduled an in person check out and nobody showed up. They would not answer the phone.
Daniel AU-Haul app does not recognize this as being the correct location when you're there. You have to use the website as this location is self-service only. This is not the location's fault, this is a U-Haul app problem. I use the site for storage and it's fine. If I was rating the site only, I would give excellent But U-Haul needs to get this fixed. Although I have a good valid driver's license, every time I rent from U-Haul they want second form of identification like passport or calling someone to see if they know me. I have to do this every single time it's frustrating .
SHERYL Hthe check in process took like an hour due to poor service for my cell phone. i was almost late for work and i left to get this truck on my hour lunch break and still was almost late. return also took forever the pics would not upload i had to start over so many times and had called customer service and then the pics finally loaded. not a good experience at all.
