This location was completely abandoned. No cars, no trucks, just a run down building that happens to have a couple of uhaul signs. Took over 30 minutes on the phone to get assigned to a different drop off location. Why even have this place as a possible drop off location in the system? Come on Uhaul!

Nothing really, the air conditioner was great, rite size equipment, overall very pleased.
MICHAEL HWeeks prior to pick-up, I ordered a dolly, boxes (approx 10ea) & a mattress bag on the U-Haul app -- upon arrival, none were available / on-hand as ordered. Visible available stock depleted. Attendant stated: "you can go to another location & pick them up". Unsatisfactory -- tighten-up this franchise...NOT a positive reflection on UHaul;
Chris HCustomer service was poor, we dropped off the truck and the rep would not look at it. Later we received a bill showing that we were charged for an extra mile that was not showing on the odometer. I have a photo to prove that.
