Terrible after hours process and key retrival process. Why do you need to speak to 2 people to approve my rental? The app is terrible.

I was supposed to have moving blankets but they informed me on arrival they didn’t have any. Check somewhere else.
Clyde EStaff was very rude and not knowledgeable in U-Haul policies in paying, returning policies, rental agreements, and I was treated rudely.
Jessica MI had preordered 6 furniture pads and there weren't any in the truck upon pickup. There was no one at the location to get some pads from, since it was before opening hours. The interior of the truck (storage area) was filthy and I had to sweep it out before loading my items.
Jill VThe return location was closed on the return date (which is why personnel weren’t helpful) but had good cell service and I was able to complete the self return through the app with no issues.
