The location wasn’t an issue it was the fact that the reservation was changed 4 times and when we arrived at this location to pick up the truck we had to make another reservation with a phone representative for whatever reason. On top of that I made the reservation for 7 we were not able to get the truck until 8:15 putting us way behind schedule. Overall this was just a poorly managed reservation.
