the young lady, and I'm afraid i don't remember her name, at the Chase St location in Athens was WONDERFUL!! Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly Just great and made the overall pickup experience great!!

The associate was very nice and professional. I was in and out in minutes.
Cyril FUpon drop off, the employee was visibly annoyed that they had to process “another one” that day and ultimately charged me for an extra day of rental which is inexplicable given the astronomical price I’ve already paid for equipment that was not even safe to drive when I started in Seattle. Do better U-Haul
Justin RNothing, I chose this location because my main location was booked out. Not the best experience but it's might fault for choosing your location. The receptionist was great! I never been charged so outrageous. Got me once but not again.
