The computer system was down. I had to wait over an hour to pick up my trailer. And when the system finally came up, they charged me for a hand truck (that I ordered) that was not available. I have called twice and they still haven't removed it from my bill, and the 2nd time I called they tried to tell me that the drop-off location was responsible for removing the hand truck. The drop-off location doesn't know I didn't receive the hand truck, so they would charge me for not returning it.

This location was fine. My reservation was for Greenback, TN, and my whole experience was awful. Greenback didn't have the truck I reserved or any truck. I was made to go about an hour away to this location and guaranteed my truck. Got to this location, no truck and no reservation. After a lot of time, this location was able to wrangle me a truck.
