Adam CWhen I first came there and got the truck the gentleman was nice and everything. It’s when I noticed one of the tires was low. I went back in told the gentleman that the tire was low on air and all I got told was I’m sorry I can’t do anything about that. Not to mention one of the headlights was messed up as well. I ended up having to get roadside assistance to fix the tire and far as the headlight I had to inform the Uhaul representative I dropped it off at about the headlight. The truck has mud inside the cab floorboard and had mud on the sides also tires of the truck. I was highly disappointed with the service I got. It just seemed half assed clean and taken care of.

REUBEN SWhen taking a picture for the gas it was a half tank when picked up and when dropped off it said we didn’t have a half tank. Charged me extra.
Heather EEmployees were apparently at a Christmas party when I arrived, but returned as I was getting ready to position the trailer for drop off. Male employee assisted me in backing up, then unhooked the trailer and wished me a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Quite satisfactory service.

Melissa Dthe barn center went out of their way to help me because u-haul system was down. We spent 6 hrs trying to get a car hauler on a sunday at two different locations. we had a reservation but no help with the system down, The barn center came in early on monday to get us one. thanks. now the hauler i rented was u hauls and it was a piece of junk. the entire. hauler was greasy including the chains, it was dented, dirty, and i even had to climb out of my car window to get out because the foldable fender had a metal plate bolted to the side and that prevented the door from opening. I offered them $50 for it.

Mark CI rented your 10 foot van at 19.95 per day used it for 3 hours drove it for 15 miles added fuel before returning and I was charged 96.38 for it's used. Am very unhappy. Cost of rental should of been less than 50.00 will not rent Again

Jerry SIt would be very beneficial if the equipment came with a tongue jack. If I were left to return the trailer after hours there would have been no way that I would have been able to lift it off the ball of my vehicle. I’m glad that there was an employee there to do it for me. And it was difficult for him as well even though he was a strong person.

TAD MA gentleman walked up to as a gas station and took the keys out of the ignition and said we were supposed to have the U-Haul back that day that our credit card was on file and I had called it was embarrassing and humiliating very very rude not professional at all other than that the people were great

TONY HWe paid the amount that we were supposed to and actually paid for two more days and then they started charging us or trying to charge our cards and taking different amounts out of our account to try to get more money the owner said that I still owed him $162 because of the mileage but the mileage was not accurate I took a picture with complete mileage and did not match what he said I used so no we will not be using U-Haul anymore and at 79 cents a mile that's just crazy the check engine light came on on the U-Haul and AutoZone put it on a code reader and it said something about the fuel and then they mileage kept bouncing around when and saying it had a 20,000 miles on it when we got in it it had 1,162 mi on it and then the second reading said that it had 1600 and something miles this is not the readings that we got on the actual truck this is what the code reader pulled up as the actual mileage for that vehicle through the code reader that is connected to the truck itself so somehow I don't seem how when coming from the direct computer of the vehicle that it is not accurate anyway we would definitely not be using them again and if he keeps charging my card after I return the vehicle I am going to sue U-Haul and I am going to sue the owner thank you have a blessed day

Glenn SThere was a cat inside of the facility. The animal hairs in the truck got all over my furniture so I had to clean brand new furniture because it was covered with animal hair.
Odessa MIt was very busy in office only 1 person working might need another person if that is the norm for them. The staff member was friendly and helpful.

MIKEL CWhen making a reservation please make sure the business is actually opened. We were told where to pickup the trailer and also received an emailed confirmation several days prior to the date we needed to pick it up. On the day we were supposed to pick up the trailer we were contacted by customer service that this business would be closed that day and they had made the reservation at another location within that same city. We called that location to find out that they were also closed. We called customer service and they booked a location 20 minutes away and we drove to that city and they were also closed. Again we had to contact customer service and they were able to find a location actually opened but it was 30 minutes away. The trailer that they had on hand, the wiring for the light was fraid and broken and one side didn't work at all resulting in no brake light or turn signal on that side and then we were charged extra fees for an adapter that we were not expected to have to purchase.

Charlie SNot charge so many fees. It was raining so we had muddy feet. We swept it out and did the best we could. Still got charged.
