This was the 3rd location. We were headed to the initial location when we were informed we were moved to a 2nd location. Once arriving at the 2nd location, it was closed. Although the store hours indicated they would be open. We finally made it to the 3rd location and the 20' truck may have been one of the most used and oldest vehicle on the lot. Needless to say, we were put behind schedule and my client was not happy.
ERINN TTruck had left over things that the last customer did not want. Agent did not go out with me to check truck. Gas light came on as soon as I got a block away. I was told I can view my bill on the site, I was not told information. When I asked for a business card he said he didn’t have any. Customer service was great when I returned new agent.
