I wanted to mention a concern regarding the fuel gauge on the truck I rented. When she first started the vehicle and I drove literally from where it was parked to the end of the drivewayI noticed the fuel gauge dropped significantly from its original position. It seemed unusual for such a noticeable change to happen in that short distance, and I wanted to make you aware of it in case there's an issue with the gauge calibration or fuel level reading.

ANGELIA SDon’t lie to customers by telling them that you will waive the equipment charge fee. The truck we received was not empty, previous renter left a lot of empty boxes. I offered to help remove the boxes because the rep was working alone, and had a line of people. She said she would waive the equipment charge and charge us for the. mileage. Come to find out they charged me anyway. Won’t be renting their again.
