He do not look at the mileage on the truck. He do not look at the gas you put back in it. I used the truck for 20 minutes and he did not give me no refund back.

Diane PThe process of picking up and dropping off was SO easy. Sox is very organized and had me in and out in a matter of minutes - this is not my experience with other U-Haul locations. The van was ready for me and was clean. There is limited inventory but as long as Sox has the size vehicle that I need, I'll be renting from him every time!
Wendy BWhen I walked in, I asked how are you and the response was, "it doesn't matter, how can I help you". In my opinion that was a rude and unnecessary response. As far as making sure I was taken care of he did a great job. I am only sharing because you asked.
Neka CThe pickup location changed 2 times for various reasons. However; the location changes were communicated in a timely manner. The vehicle was not inspected in my presence. The amount of gas in the tank and the amount listed on the contract were different by 1/4 tank. (not in my favor). I did not dispute the the difference because I did not take a photo prior to leaving the pickup location.
