The area and store itself seems a bit sketch. The owner is very eclectic and I can see that not being everyone’s cup of tea. There was very explanation about how the process works at this location.

The person at the location had very poor customer service skills. He was rude and made renting the U-Haul difficult. Also, the inside of the truck smelled.
