The passenger side window handle was missing, the spot mirror was shattered and the gate to door was hard to pull up and down. I had reserved the truck a day before and was given this piece of crap. On top of it all that the manager said she rent trucks in this condition all the time and instead addressing the above concerns she took offense of me bringing this to her attention. Some one from cooperate need to investigate this location. I will be contacting corporate and filling a formal complaint. I also damaged my personal vehicle because of not being able to roll the window down to see and adjust the mirror on the passenger side. No handle.

In the general area of the drop off location, individuals were smoking Marijuana. This made me uncomfortable. While I disconnected the trailer no one came out to inspect the equipment or to assist.
Charles HI rent vehicles for my company once or twice a week. This U-Haul establishment made us feel like home.
RONALD ADuring the initial call the staff was very accommodating and while it thought it was just professional telephone behavior, I was wrong. When I arrived on June 25th I learned the professional behavior is the culture of the staff. I’ve rented from UHAUL several times over the years. This location is very different and their approach to customer service is not just better, it a very high quality of care. More importantly, other locations can learn from their approach. Going forward, when the need arrives, I’m going to this local and will insist to everyone else to go there. Thanks (916) z801-5952
