Friendly and well maintenance trucks
Justin AThis location is dirty, disorganized, understaffed, and frustrating to do business with, to put it mildly. I have been to U-Haul locations across the country, and unfortunately, this is a common theme. The guy who was helping all 11 of us who were waiting was doing his absolute best, but it is impossible to serve that many people in a timely fashion without any help. Eventually, one more person showed up to help him. That said, the van I rented was in good condition, and the drop-off was super quick and easy.

JURONG LWe did a mobile drop-off, and it's really just a random lot. It wasn't horrible, but good enough to get everything done for a mobile drop-off without any issues.
