The representative at the pickup location waa incompetent, unprofessional,.with hardly a basic knowledge of interpersonal skills. In addition, I had erroneous assumed that I could return the truth to another U-Haul location. That was a costly assumption.

Service went smooth enough. Issue came with wrongful billing of $26.50 for 5 gallons of gas, even though I returned vehicle at the gas level I received it. I provided photo evidence confirming this, after which the U-Haul rep hung up and has been ghosting my number. Be cautious with billing and take photos if you use them!
