I rented a 15 foot truck. They did not have one so they gave me a 20 foot truck. When I turned the truck on there was a low engine oil pressure warning so that truck could not be driven so they had to give me a 26 foot truck. They charged me for the 26 foot truck even though my reservation was for a 15 foot truck.
Nicholas PMaintain the trucks better. The truck was saying a tire needed air. I told the attendant and he said I would be ok. There was not a thing in the back of the truck to let out to walk up on when loading. When I got back and was ready to check out I had to wait on a different attendant to finish going to the trunk of his car and talking to a female fur at least 15 minutes. Very unprofessional! I would not rent from here again!
CHANDA JThe staff at this location were friendly and extremely patient with me. I ran into an issue during check out and the gentleman not only walked me through it, but they showed true concern until we resolved the issue. I truly appreciate it!
