We didn't see or talk to anyone. We were charged $15 for the same amount of gas we gor it with. I tried to contest it and get someone to call me but they charged my card anyways. We probably won't be using uhaul again in the future.
Johnny SKay was great! Had a couple issues with the computer but that got resolved and we were on our way.
Donald EAfter hours check out is not friendly and same while returning. Hard time uploading photos.
