I was told to do the app truck return the app had an error so I called, spoke with someone and got a text to return truck. Took pictures of clean truck. But was still charged the 20 fee. Called and never got the credit back.

DAVID HWhen I showed up to pick up my trailer at 5:02pm they refused to hook me up. One lady was quite rude about it. The lady that actually helped me was very nice and hooked me up. I rented for 4 days and returned a full day early and still got charged full price.
