I was told gas is all filled to full and that it was closing time and all good. When I got to vehicle it was not full

Alexander OHad my reservation edited several times by an employee to remove the furniture dolly I needed because they didn't have it with absolutely no heads up and was left completely high and dry with a bad knee. Next time I'll use home Depot or penske.
Christopher BWe have rented easily 100 vehicles from U-Haul over the years. This was hands down the worst experience we have had. First their other location gave our truck away and did not bother to notify us. We found out an hour before we were due to pick it up. Then we had to drive way out of the way to this location which added miles that we had to pay. Finally the worst of it, they did not bother to maintenance their truck and it would not start once we had fully loaded it at our storage. This was late at night and it took hours for their roadside emergency mechanic to get to us. This is not a negative review towards the mechanic. He did a great job and was very kind. After he finished we still had to unload this entire truck in 3am which is ridiculous when they simply could have checked the battery before putting us on the road in it. I should not be charged for this rental after what their negligence put us through. We will never rent a truck at this location or their other two locations ever again. Really hope they will start servicing their vehicles instead of putting customers in harms way!
