LEONARD WThey are thieves. Increased the rental.price from 507 to over $700 and claimed *taxes*. They should no longer be allowed to associate with uhaul. And Uhaul needs to follow threw with our complaint and refund us money before we dispute the charges with our bank.
DOUGLAS SIt’s a convenience store along with U-Haul. Only one person on duty at the time and only one other non U-Haul customer so I didn’t have long wait at all, but it could have been very worse.
