It wasn't stated to go online to inform them I dropped off the truck 3 hours earlier then planned with extra gas in the tank of the struggling truck, only to get $67. Bill for a $20. Truck. I expected milage,but a late,environmental fee. And they do have working cameras to see when the truck was returned. What a scam. Zero empathy on any waivers.
