I rented a trailer for a one-direction, 3-day move. I dragged it home to find it was too small. After calling the nationwide number and the location for options I returned it having never put a single thing in it. They charged me $40 for having the trailer even though I didn't use it. I didn't prevent anyone else from renting it because they had another trailer sitting there - the exact same trailer - that wasn't rented during the time. They basically charged me for nothing. They also had almost no inventory. The location down the street did. But they appear to be cheating the reservation system. Call me if you want the details.

I've gone to many Uhauls and this is the best ever. Customer service was outstanding. I rented a trailer and the manager hooked it up to my car checked the lights for proper operation. The place was super clean to include the restroom. When you talk about service with a smile that's what I received. With this Uhaul office the customer gets treated right. Again outstanding. We were very displeased with UHAUL as a whole- we reserved our truck 2 weeks in advanced and hired mover through Uhaul. My husband went to the location on Wrightsboro rd to pick up the truck and was told that they did not have one (even after we had proof that we reserved one) the guy at Wrightsboro rd sent him to another location and they also did not have one. Finally we got one 2hrs past time we was suppose to have it. My husband states the people on Gordon hwy was very nice. We just can not believe the run around.

Would not return call about rusted furniture dolly that was bolted to wall, we kept tripping over. Called twice to complain and see if we could take dolly back. All calls forward to voice mail. We took it out to avoid further injury. Also overcharged for mileage AND fuel. Complaint has been filed with customer service, however we have not received any follow up call from anyone. NOT PLEASED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE AT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION.

When customers call for an extension, let them know they have the option of keeping the vehicle for 24 hours. Then you charged me for two dollies and 12 cloths from original rental and i never used them again. This location NEVER HAVE to worry about me using their establishment again.

I ordered an appliance dolly & it was not there & available to me. I would be had to go to a totally different location, out of my way, to pick one up. This was very poor management on Uhaul' s part, not the location's fault.
