I agreed to a price....they new what time I was dropping off trailer....and was charged 20.00 for after hours fee...never was that told to me...p.s. I rented for 12hrs....only used for 4hrs....drop off time was to be 3:30a.m.....in rough part of town...not doing that with my child...cant understand why I'm being charged for unhooking, parking and placing trailer on line, (basically the lot attendee job). They had to do nothing....just another example of nickel and dime the customer to squeeze all you can out of customer. It's not a lot of money but just a principal. Will never use Uhaul again unless I'm refunded the money.
