3 FILTHY mattresses were left in the truck, the person who should have been in the office when it opened was NOT there. Regardless if someone has self service or not, the website and goodly say you open at 10 so to not better there was unacceptable because I set my truck for 10am and still didn’t get my truck until after 11am because I had to call so many times just to get assistance.
