No one there, they were working from home. Very vague on where to leave the truck and the drop off app was not working properly. Hopefully I left it in the proper empty lot.

had a great experience
donna hHorrible! No one on site. Sign says 8-5:30 operating hours but this is NOT a manned location. Person who UHaul contacted to FINALLY show up was aggressively rude and loudly fussed at ME for making her leave her “other job” to come open up. She was borderline abusive. Did not know how to perform her duties. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.
MARK AWhen dropped off we used the mobile app. My only criticism of the location is that the parking lot was super small for a 26' trailer and tow hitch to park. Overall the location was super easy to find and the parking lot was clean.
Victoria SI ask for a dolly/ they didn’t put one on the truck/ this was a weekend/ so I have to rent again to get my heavy items
