I did a self service truck rental and I got there to get the truck there was small things like taking a better headshot picture which was no problem. I already saw the amount that I would have to pay and it was around $83 which included a dolly from $10 that I didn’t receive and I noticed it was missing after I got to my storage and at that point it was to late so we made do with what we had. Thank god cube smart had flat bed carts for us to use. The gentleman there try to complete things on his end and tried to upcharge me with a total of $160 and I told him absolutely not paying that and he knew it was some bs because he didn’t even fuss about. I get the truck back to the location and I made sure the gas was put back in the truck and I did get a receipt for it and there’s a $12 add on to the final payment and the $10 dolly charge. Most definitely won’t recommend or use this location again.

Maurice CI’m very punctual about time I arrived at the location and the owner was late.And my reservation had already been canceled and transferred to his location
Regina APerson was not aware of the process and made the mobile check in process painful. The fuel and mileage indicated was also inaccurate which made me have to pay for fuel at the end of the rental. I should’ve double checked the document but that option was not available in the mobile app. At least I don’t recall seeing it. I would have an option for the renter to double check the info is accurate before leaving the vehicle.
