This location was difficult to find. It was unclean. There was no one readily available to help and u had to walk thru a run down warehouse with multiple mom and pop businesses inside. The only employee I encountered was unable to find my reservation, was unable to hook up the toy hauler to the truck AND was completely ignorant as to how to tie down my car to the hauler!! U-Haul should seriously reconsider having their name associated with this ‘business’. Moving cross country with a budget and a timeframe was unnecessarily difficult and stressful due to this company’s slow pace and ignorance to what their customers need. But they made sure to charge me that $1500 tho! Never again.

Requested a Furniture dolly. It was not provided
Markala CI did a self service truck rental and I got there to get the truck there was small things like taking a better headshot picture which was no problem. I already saw the amount that I would have to pay and it was around $83 which included a dolly from $10 that I didn’t receive and I noticed it was missing after I got to my storage and at that point it was to late so we made do with what we had. Thank god cube smart had flat bed carts for us to use. The gentleman there try to complete things on his end and tried to upcharge me with a total of $160 and I told him absolutely not paying that and he knew it was some bs because he didn’t even fuss about. I get the truck back to the location and I made sure the gas was put back in the truck and I did get a receipt for it and there’s a $12 add on to the final payment and the $10 dolly charge. Most definitely won’t recommend or use this location again.
