The guys were very nice. Listened to the issues of the trip from both trucks breaking down. They will look into the issues.
LISA HYou charged me twice, luckily I should be getting my money back, but that is ridiculous. You should make sure your paper work is getting done on time instead of charging people late fees. So because someone was lazy and didnt grt it done, i was charged late fee, unacceptable. I dropped my stuff off on time, and got charged. The thing was also dirty as hell inside.
Alexis KThe agent that I dealt with could hardly speak English and wasn't interested in helping at all,first I had to hunt up the trailer and hook it up in a snow bank,then one of the signal lights didn't work and when I tried to ask for assistance the rental agent was clueless. Not a good experience for a disabled person
