The equipment was spotless! The representative was extremely helpful and was so very kind when we requested a larger size after just finishing the paperwork. All changes were met with a smile. Michele OTerrible customer service at the Austin Mn location Appolo Gas station. Rude manager unhelpful and didn’t check my truck in until 6 days after drop off. Do not recommend this location.
DEBORAH WIt took me over an hour to check out my reserved trailer. No one knew how to check me out. Nice people but I had to call Corp to check out the trailer. Then after I checked it out, no one to help hook up to my pickup. Tongue on the ground and my problem. Everest should not be a UHaul site.
