The manager noted that she was unable to notify uhaul that I turned in my truck as she no longer had the required uhaul access to do so. However, she communicated with the uhaul team directly and handled the situation appropriately to ensure that I did not incur additional fees.

The vehicle plug end on the wire harness was damaged and did not allow the lights to consistently work.
Michael FReservation, time, and truck were all changed and moved to this location by Uhaul. Truck was not "checked in" when we arrived at the designated time, which required an additional trip the next day. Overall very poor experience.
