How U-Haul Reviews WorkHey the pick up location doesnt have the equipment to process the delivery of the keys, and they took like 30 to 40 mins to confirm and give the keys. the computer over there is not accepting or taking time to process the request
SAI SThis location on 11200 Menchaca Rd is one I'd highly recommend. It is clean and both employees we encountered were helpful and friendly. There is a gas station onsite so easy to fill up before returning the U-Haul.
ESTHER LBeing a convenience store and not a full retail location, items you order like blankets, hand trucks, dolly's, etc, may not be available and there's nothing that can be done. I would recommend renting fro a full retail location.
